Cancellation &
Refund Policy.

Thank you for registering for our live online educational session. This is a scheduled, live session delivered over Zoom at a set date and time. Because your registration reserves a place and a block of Dr. Tracey’s time, this cancellation and refund policy applies to every registration.

1. Refund Schedule

Refunds are based on how much written notice we receive before the scheduled start of the session. The date and time your written request is received determines the tier that applies.

2. Credits

Credits issued under this policy are equal to the full amount paid and may be applied toward a future session or the mentorship program offered by Nguyen Education LLC.

Credits are valid for 12 months from the original session date, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Any price difference between the original session and what you apply the credit toward is your responsibility.

3. No-Shows

If you do not attend the live session and did not send a written cancellation request beforehand, no refund or credit is issued and the registration is forfeited. The session is live and is not recorded or made available for later viewing, so a place reserved and unused cannot be credited back.

4. Technical Requirements & Connection Issues

You are responsible for having a device, a stable internet connection, and the Zoom application ready before the session begins. Difficulties with your own equipment, internet connection, or Zoom setup do not qualify for a refund or credit, as the session is delivered as scheduled.

We recommend testing your connection and joining a few minutes early. If a technical problem on Nguyen Education LLC’s side prevents the session from being delivered, Section 6 applies.

5. Rescheduling

• 14 days or more notice: you may transfer your registration to a future session at no charge.
• 7 to 13 days notice: you may transfer once, subject to a transfer fee of $29.
• Fewer than 7 days notice: transfers are not available; the credit terms in Sections 1–2 apply instead.

6. Cancellation by Nguyen Education LLC

If Dr. Tracey must cancel or reschedule the session due to illness, emergency, insufficient enrollment, or circumstances beyond her control, you will be offered a place in the next scheduled session or, at your choice, a full refund of the amount paid.

Nguyen Education’s responsibility is limited to the amount you actually paid and does not extend to any other costs.

7. How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation and reschedule requests must be made in writing to support@nguyeneducation.com and must include your name and the session date.

The date and time your written request is received is used to determine the applicable tier above. Verbal requests are not effective until confirmed in writing.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of written confirmation.
