Cancellation &
Refund Policy.

Thank you for joining the Tracey Mentorship Circle. Membership reserves a recurring block of Dr. Tracey’s time and access across a committed term, so the following cancellation and refund terms apply to every membership. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership Terms

The Tracey Mentorship Circle is offered in two commitment terms:

• Annual Membership — a 12-month commitment, payable in full ($11,400) or via a monthly payment plan of $1,000/month for 12 months.
• 6-Month Membership — a 6-month commitment, payable via a monthly payment plan of $1,000/month for 6 months.

Enrolling in either payment plan is an agreement to be charged for the full committed term, regardless of how many monthly mentorship calls or other benefits are used during that term.

2. Membership Commitment

Annual and 6-Month Memberships are a fixed commitment for the full length of the selected term. There is no early cancellation, early termination, or partial refund once a term has begun — Members enrolled on a monthly payment plan are charged for the full 12 months (Annual) or 6 months (6-Month) regardless of usage of mentorship calls or other benefits during that term.

Membership benefits — mentorship calls, priority course registration, and any course-access perk — are available only for the duration of the active, paid term.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Missed Calls

Each active membership month includes one one-hour mentorship call. Rescheduling a call is based on how much written notice is given before the scheduled call time:

If a Member does not attend a scheduled call and did not send a written rescheduling request beforehand, no make-up call is offered and the call is forfeited for that membership month.

4. Unused Monthly Calls

The one-hour monthly mentorship call is a standing benefit of active membership. Calls not scheduled, rescheduled per Section 3, or attended within a given membership month do not roll over, carry forward, or convert to credit; they are forfeited at the end of that month.

5. Free Course Access Perk (Annual Membership Only)

Members enrolled in the Annual Membership receive complimentary admission to eligible Nguyen Education courses (e.g., the November 2026 Airway-Restorative Continuum course) as a membership benefit. This perk is not available to 6-Month Membership holders.

6. Cancellation by Nguyen Education LLC

If Dr. Tracey is unable to continue delivering mentorship calls under a member’s committed term due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond her control, the Member will be offered a make-up call at the next available date or, at the Member’s choice, a prorated refund for the affected month(s). Nguyen Education’s responsibility is limited to the amount the Member actually paid and does not extend to any other costs.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellation Requests

All rescheduling requests must be made in writing to concierge@nguyeneducation.com and must include the Member’s name and the scheduled call date. The date and time the written request is received is used to determine the applicable tier in Section 3. Verbal requests are not effective until confirmed in writing.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of written confirmation. Depending on your bank or card provider, additional time may pass before the refund appears on your statement.
