Phase 1

Treatment Planning &
Case Selection.

Before you touch a patient - a 60-minute treatment planning consultation to confirm you have the right case, the right appliance, and the right protocol.

Treatment Monitoring
& Support.

Once treatment begins, you’re not alone. Ongoing email support and structured monthly reviews keep you on protocol and let you troubleshoot in real time.

In-office side-by-side clinical support
Phase 3 · “Side-by-Side Clinical Support”

In-Office Delivery Mentorship.

Dr. Tracey travels to your office to assist with your patient’s appliance delivery appointment - chairside, with your team, on your equipment.

Includes: pre-appointment prep meeting, records & treatment plan review, chairside support during delivery, team coaching, activation protocol guidance, patient/parent communication, and post-delivery debrief.

Benefits: hands-on support for your first case, clinical confidence, reduced implementation errors, and team training in your own environment.

Additional fee varies with location and time commitment.
